There's a famous seaside town called Southwold

Thats noted for being 'rate' posh and pretty

And Doctors Nina and Chrissy 'H' Roberts

Go there with daughters Jasmine and Kitty

Fine little girls both from Bushey

All dressed in their best, both quite swell

Their Dad full of bitter and porter

The finest that Adnams could sell

They didn't think much to the ocean

The waves they were piddli'n and small

There were no wrecks and nobody drownded

Fact, nothin' to laugh at at all. 

So seeking for further amusement

They paid and went onto the pier.

Where they ate haddock and chips and burgers

Drank milkshakes, coca-cola and beer.

Later they lay in a som-no-lent posture 

On the beach with gulls screamin' above

Girls diggin' and fetchin' sea-water

No movin'em for money nor love

Then after a week by the water

Pack car and wipe away a salt tear

Dont say your fairwells t' sad seagulls

Just aurevoir and see you next year!
