'Mutton' The one eared Sheep's Grand European Tour - Day Five

The sheep went all architectural on Day Five and visited Lord Norman Foster's  tour de force at the Reichstag . Hats off to Norman and his team. What a spatial corker!  At the Reichstag, old and new structures shake hands on good terms, but with no shortage of breathtaking engineering and architectural drama.  Photographs do not do this building justice.  If you visit Berlin register to visit the Dome and walk up and down the interleaved spiral ramps. The promenade is not only a wonderful spatial treat but also provides panoramic views across Berlin.

After leaving the Reichstag and waving a hoof as Angela Merkel's helicopter flew overhead, Mutton enjoyed a light lunch before visiting the Pergamon Museum.

The sheep was impressed by the antiquities and was surprised by how much of Turkey and Baa-bylon could be found in Berlin.  After a little research amongst the artifacts Mutton realised that it was alright after all as much of the stuff had been purchased from the British.  The sheep was pleased to consider herself Welsh.
